In WeezCrew, you can customize how your accreditation profiles are displayed and organized using views, filters, and custom columns. This allows you to segment data by category (Staff, Medical, etc.), quickly modify information in Edit Mode, and apply bulk actions across multiple profiles.
Step 1: Customize Default View Columns
In the main view, All Accreditation Profiles, click Edit Columns.
Add the fields you want to track, such as:
Created By: The user who created the profile.
Creation Date: The date the profile was created.
Click Save View to keep this default display setup.
Step 2: Create a Category-Filtered View
Open the filters menu and select the desired Category (e.g., Staff).
Adjust the visible columns for this specific view:
Remove the Category column (it is no longer needed since the view is already filtered by category).
Add visual indicators such as Acronym, Color, and Icon.
Click the save options and select Save as New View.
Give the view a clear name (e.g., Staff).
Step 3: Quickly Duplicate and Adapt a View
On an existing view (e.g., Staff), click the three dots next to the view name and select Duplicate.
Click Edit on the filter for the duplicated view to change the category (e.g., switch from Staff to Medical).
Save the view under its new name (e.g., Medical).
Step 4: Reassign Profiles Using Edit Mode
If specific profiles need to be reassigned to the correct category (e.g., moving Physio or Red Cross to the Medical category):
From the All Profiles view, enable Edit Mode by clicking the button in the top-right corner or using the shortcut Cmd + E (or Ctrl + E).
Edit the category of the relevant profiles directly within the table.
Once updated, the profiles will automatically appear in their respective filtered views.
Step 5: Apply Bulk Actions
From a specific view (e.g., Medical or Staff):
Select the top checkbox to select all profiles in the view.
Perform a bulk update:
Set a shared icon for all profiles in a category.
Assign a unique identification color (e.g., red for all Staff).
