This guide explains how to create and assign custom layouts in WeezCrew.

This guide explains how to create and assign custom layouts in WeezCrew to precisely control which data and tabs (members, accreditations, catering, documents) team leads can access within their management portal.

Step 1: Access Layout Settings

  1. Open the Communication menu.

  2. Select the Team Portal section.

  3. Click Create a Layout.

Step 2: Configure a New Layout

  1. Layout Name: Enter a clear name representing the target audience (e.g., Contractors or Partner Clubs).

  2. Default Included Tabs:

    • Dashboard: Displays a global summary of the team's data and current status.

    • Documents: Allows the lead to view and download files or generated badges directly from their portal.

Step 3: Customize Tabs and Displayed Data

Add custom tabs to adjust what information the team lead can view and manage:

  • Create a Member List View:

    1. Add a new tab and select the List View format.

    2. Customize the visible columns: check options such as Name, Assigned Accreditations, Contact Details (Phone), and Photo.

  • Create an Accreditation View (e.g., Catering / Meals):

    1. Add a dedicated tab for tracking accreditations.

    2. Choose the visual format: Table or Calendar.

    3. Filter the accreditation categories to display (e.g., restrict visibility strictly to Catering / Meals).

Step 4: Assign the Layout to a Team

  1. Navigate to the Teams module.

  2. Select the target team from your list.

  3. Open the Layouts tab.

  4. Select the custom layout you created (e.g., Contractors), then click Update.

Step 5: Team Lead Portal View

Once assigned, the team lead sees a customized, streamlined interface upon logging in:

  • Home Dashboard summary.

  • Documents tab with attached files and badges.

  • Members tab featuring configured profile fields, contact info, and photos.

  • Catering tab displaying a day-by-day table or calendar of meal allocations.
