How to Link Accreditation Profiles to a Team in WeezCrew

In WeezCrew, linking accreditation profiles to a team allows you to structure access levels by group (staff, contractors, partners), set quotas per role, and automate access rights assignment for named members.

Step 1: Access the Teams Module

  1. In your admin area, navigate to the Populations tab.

  2. Open the Teams module.

  3. Click the create button to add a new team (or open an existing one).

Step 2: Configure General Details and Attach a Form

  1. Enter Team Information:

    • Name: Enter a clear label (e.g., Internal Staff).

    • Category: Associate it with an existing category or create a new one (e.g., Others).

  2. Associate a Form: Link the team to its corresponding accreditation form.

Step 3: Enable Accreditations and Set Quotas

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the configuration page and enable the Accreditations section.

  2. Select Allowed Profiles: Check all accreditation profiles that can be assigned within this team (e.g., Race Director, Technical Stagehand, In-House Photographer).

  3. Define Quotas: Specify the maximum number of people allowed for each profile (e.g., 3 Race Directors, 20 Stagehands, 3 Photographers).

Step 4: Configure the Auto-Accreditation Strategy

  1. Enable Auto-Accreditation: Profiles and their associated access rights will automatically be granted to members as soon as they are assigned or added to the team.

  2. Click Save to create the team.

  3. The Team Lead will automatically receive an email notification.

Step 5: Add Members and Assign Profiles

  1. Open your team details page (e.g., Internal Staff).

  2. Click Add Member: You can now directly assign them one of the configured accreditation profiles.
