To save time when setting up your event, WeezCrew allows you to bulk import all your accreditation profiles and their associated access permissions using a CSV matrix.
Step 1: Prepare the CSV Matrix File
Download the template directly from the WeezCrew platform.
Fill in the two mandatory fields for each row:
Profile Category (e.g., Staff, Medical).
Profile / Function (e.g., Technical Stage Manager, In-house Photographer, Doctor).
Add your access and accreditation columns: specify the required zones, parking lots, or perks/allowances (e.g., PCO/Command Center, Start Area, Finish Area, Staff Parking, Media, VIP, Staff T-shirt).
Mark/indicate the access rights assigned to each profile to build your matrix.
Download/save your file in CSV format.
Step 2: Start the Import in WeezCrew
Go to the Accreditations module, then select the Accreditation Profiles section.
Next to the Create an Accreditation Profile button, click the dropdown arrow.
Select Import via file.
Browse your computer and select your completed CSV file.
Step 3: Map Your Data
Adjust general fields: If your file does not include certain optional data (such as acronym, color, icon, or description), remove them from the mapping.
Map the access zones: Match each access column from your CSV file to the corresponding zone in WeezCrew (e.g., link the PCO column from your file to the Security Command Center zone in the application).
Click Start Import.
Step 4: Validate and Verify the Created Profiles
Confirmation report: An import summary will appear in the top-right corner of your screen, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Verification: Find all your newly created profiles in the list. You can click on any profile (e.g., Doctor) to check that the assigned zones and access permissions match your source file.
