Dynamic views in WeezCrew allow you to save custom filter presets. They automatically adjust in real time—expanding or contracting your results list—as live event data changes. This guide explains how to configure, save, organize, and leverage dynamic views across your operations.
1. Configure and Save a Dynamic View
Select a Module: Navigate to the desired workspace, such as Members, Events, Shifts, Community, Teams, or Campaigns.
Apply Filters: Click Filters and define your rules (for example, filtering members whose profile photo is empty).
Customize Columns: Click Edit Columns to show only the fields you need (e.g., keep Registration Date and Photo, uncheck the rest).
Save the View:
Click Save View.
Select Create a New View so you do not overwrite your default overview.
Enter a name (e.g., Members Missing Photo), add an optional description, and save.
2. Leverage Dynamic Views Daily
Once your view is saved, you can use it across multiple core workflows:
Export Data: Export the targeted segment directly via API, Excel/CSV spreadsheets, or print-ready PDF rosters.
Target Communication Campaigns (Email & SMS): When setting up a campaign, select your custom view (e.g., Members Missing Photo) as the recipient audience to send dedicated reminders.
Control Document Visibility: In the Documents module, restrict a document's visibility so it is only generated for individuals matching the criteria of that specific view.
Filter Shift Schedules: Switch between viewing formats (List View, GPX Map, or Schedule Grid) and instantly filter shifts or assigned crew associated with a specific saved view.
3. Organize and Manage Views in Folders
To keep your workspace structured as your event grows:
Create a Folder: In the views sidebar, click New Folder.
Organize Views: Click the three dots next to any view and select Move to Folder.
Reorder, Rename, or Delete: Click the three dots on any folder to reorganize the order of your views, rename labels, or delete obsolete views.
Conclusion : Dynamic views save significant time by automating data segmentation and operational targeting throughout your event lifecycle.
