How to Track Accreditation and Scan Dates for Members in WeezCrew

In WeezCrew, you can easily track when a member was accredited or scanned on site.

In WeezCrew, you can easily track when a member was accredited or scanned on site. Monitoring scan timestamps and zones helps you verify access history, track attendance, and confirm whether a chip or pass has been paired.

Method 1: Displaying Paired On and Chip Data in Custom Views

Creating a custom view with dedicated columns allows you to quickly audit scanning and chip status across multiple members at once.

  1. Click on the Populations module.

  2. Create a new custom view or edit an existing one.

  3. Add the following two columns to your view:

    • Chip column: Displays whether a member has an assigned badge, chip, or wristband.

    • Paired On column: Displays the exact date and time the chip/pass was scanned and paired to the member.

  4. Interpreting Results:

    • If the Paired On field displays a timestamp, the member's chip has been successfully scanned.

    • If the Paired On field is blank, the chip has not yet been paired or scanned in the system.

Method 2: Viewing Detailed Scan History in Member Profiles

For a complete breakdown of access points, exact scan times, and specific event zones, check the member's profile directly.

  1. Open the member’s profile in WeezCrew.

  2. Go to the History section and select Scans.

  3. Review the scan log, which details:

    • Checklist corresponds to the WeezAccess Checklist. It shows the Location/Zone, the specific access point scanned (e.g., Main Entrance, VIP Area).

    • Date: The exact date and time of each scan (e.g., Saturday, August 2nd at 11:16 AM).

  4. Alternatively, check the Information tab in the member profile to see the Paired On date and time for a quick status check and if you are looking for someone in particular.
