If a volunteer or staff member forgot to register as part of a group or wants to join an existing group after completing registration, you can manually link them to the group in WeezCrew. Two methods are available in the Members module.
Method 1: Direct Table Edit (Edit Mode)
This method is ideal for quickly updating a member directly from your main listing:
Go to the Members module.
Click Edit Columns and enable the Group Code column.
Identify the target Group Code (by checking the code assigned to existing group members).
Enable Edit Mode on the table.
Enter or paste the Group Code into the corresponding cell for the member.
Confirm the update.
Method 2: Edit via Member Profile
You can also enter the code directly within the member's profile form fields:
In the Members module, click the profile of the relevant member.
Open the form response / profile fields editor.
Locate the Group Code field.
Enter the Group Code for the team they should join.
Click Update.
Once saved, the member is automatically linked to the group and will share the same team grouping as their teammates.
