In WeezCrew, email campaign tracking lets you monitor the delivery status of your messages to members, volunteers, or partners in real time. Using delivery statuses and advanced filters, you can track the reach of your communications and easily send targeted follow-ups.

Step 1: Accessing a Campaign Report

  1. In your admin area, navigate to the Communication module.

  2. Click on Campaigns.

  3. Select the campaign you want to analyze to open its dashboard and view the recipient list.

Step 2: Delivery Status Definitions

Next to each recipient, a status indicates the delivery progress of your email:

  • Sent: The campaign has been dispatched from the platform.

  • Pending: The campaign is currently processing and has not yet been dispatched to the recipient. Members are waiting to receive the campaign.

  • Opened: The recipient received and opened the campaign.

  • Delivered: The campaign successfully arrived in the recipient's inbox, but they have not opened it yet.

  • Bounced: The campaign could not be delivered due to a delivery error (e.g., invalid address, full inbox, or rejection by the remote server).

Step 3: Filtering Members by Status

  1. From your Members View, click the filter tool.

  2. Select the relevant campaign, then choose the specific status(es) you wish to isolate (e.g., filter all members with Delivered status to identify those who haven't read the message yet).

Step 4: Sending a Targeted Follow-Up

  1. Apply the filter for the members you want to follow up with (e.g., Delivered but not Opened).

  2. Select the filtered recipients.

  3. Click the action menu (three dots) and select Send a campaign.

  4. Draft and send your follow-up message directly to this targeted group.
