Go to the “Analytics” tab, then the “Marketing Analytics” section.
At the top of the page, select the campaign you want to analyse using the dropdown menu.
On the right, the “Link events to this campaign” block lets you link your campaign to one or more events. This allows you to precisely measure the number of tickets sold thanks to the campaign.
The deliverability indicators let you assess the sending quality of your campaign:
Sent: total number of messages sent.
Delivered: messages that actually reached recipients' inboxes.
Soft bounce: temporary delivery failure (full mailbox, server unavailable, etc.).
Hard bounce: permanent failure (non-existent or invalid address).
Once the message is received, several indicators measure engagement:
Unique opens: number of recipients who opened the message at least once.
Clicks: total number of clicks made on the links in your message.
Unique clickers: number of contacts who clicked at least one link.
Unsubscribes: contacts who chose to stop receiving your communications.
Complaints: contacts who reported your message as spam.
For each indicator, the “Contact list” button lets you precisely identify the people concerned.
The “Campaign information” block, on the right, summarises the sending settings:
Subject: title of the message received by recipients.
Sender: name and address used for sending.
Contact list: targeted audience.
Sent on: date and time of sending.
At the bottom of the page, the “Table view” section lets you analyse performance from another angle.
For example, the “by domain” view lets you check email receipt by provider (Gmail, Outlook, Orange, etc.), to detect any provider-specific deliverability issues.
