After completing their registration, each member is automatically given access to a personal space. This area serves as a key reference point where they can view important information prior to their shift, including:
The personal data provided during registration (contact details, availability, preferences, etc.)
Their assignments, reporting times, and shift descriptions
All documents shared via email campaigns (schedules, lists, maps, policies, etc.)
Share the Access Link
From your account’s Settings, go to: Member Areas > Integration
You will find three available link formats:
A direct link hosted by Recrewteer
An embeddable link for your website via HTML code
A QR code
Tip: It is recommended to share this link with all your members through an email campaign to ensure they remain informed and connected up to the day of their shift.
