Go to the “Connect” tab, then the “Form” section.
Declaring your domain
Before you start, you need to declare your website's URL to authorise the form to be displayed.
Enter the URL in the “Enter your domain” field, then click “Save”.
The “Registered domains” list appears below to confirm the authorisation.
Configuring the form fields
The “Form labels” module lets you define the information requested from your visitors. By default, the Email, First Name, and Last Name fields are included.
You can:
change the order of the fields
edit a field using the pencil icon
add a new field by clicking “Add a label”
The “Language” module lets you switch the form's display between French and English.
Preview and compliance
On the right, the “Preview” block shows how the form will look on your site.
A consent checkbox is automatically included to ensure compliance with current regulations.
The “Submit” button confirms the sign-up.
Installing the form on your site
Once configuration is complete, go to the “Copy the script” section.
This block contains the code specific to your form.
Click “Copy the script”, then paste this code into your site's editor wherever you want the form to appear.
