Go to the “Analytics” tab, then the “Sales” section.
Before analysing your results, select the relevant event using the dropdown menu in the top left. The date selector in the top right lets you filter the analysis period. All indicators automatically adjust to the filters applied.
At the top of the page, the amount displayed in bold corresponds to the total revenue generated for the event.
Below this amount, you'll find the trend indicators. You can adjust the display scale of the charts (day, week, month, or year) using the menu on the right, to fine-tune your analysis.
Sales over the last 7 days: highlights recent activity. The percentage shown lets you compare performance to the previous period.
Sales over the selected period: reflects sales trends based on the filters applied.
The same indicators are also available for the number of tickets sold.
To refine your pricing strategy, check the following indicators:
Average revenue per buyer: average amount spent per customer (potentially including several orders).
Average purchase value: average basket per transaction.
Average number of tickets: average number of tickets purchased per order.
The “Purchase frequency per customer” chart lets you analyse the breakdown of sales by day of the week, month, and year. It helps identify your best-performing periods.
The “Buyer data” section helps you better understand your audience based on information collected through your forms:
Geolocation: interactive map showing attendees' geographic origin.
Age and gender: demographic data useful for tailoring your communication and distribution channels.
The Top Networks module identifies the platforms or networks that generated revenue. This lets you see the share of sales made through your own ticketing versus partner networks or external resellers.
The Sales by Ticket Type module breaks down the performance of each of your offers. The progress bars show the number of tickets sold per category as well as their relative weight in the total volume. This indicator helps identify your most attractive offers and adjust your pricing strategy or quotas accordingly.
