How do I Add My Ticket to My Wallet App?
From your smartphone, access your inbox to find the order confirmation email you received containing your e-ticket and click on Download my tickets.
Please note: Your e-ticket can also be downloaded in PDF format in the confirmation email you received, but you will not be able to download it to your Apple Wallet by clicking on the PDF.
Here you’ll have the option of adding your ticket by clicking on Add to Apple Wallet.
NB: If you wish to retrieve your order number, ticket number or ticket barcode, you will need to view your ticket details via the Wallet app.
