If you need to update or reset your WeezCrew password while currently logged into your account, you will need to log out first to trigger the password reset verification process. Follow this step-by-step guide to set a new password and regain access to your account.
Step 1: Log Out of Your Current Session
If you are already logged in, you cannot change your password directly within your active account settings.
Click on your profile icon in the upper corner of the interface.
Select Sign Out to log out of WeezCrew and return to the main login screen.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
On the login screen, click the Forgot password link.
Enter the email address associated with your WeezCrew account.
Submit your request to generate a verification code.
Step 3: Verify Your Email with the 6-Digit Code
Check your email inbox for a message from WeezCrew containing a 6-digit verification code.
Return to the WeezCrew login screen and enter the 6-digit code into the verification field.
Step 4: Create and Save Your New Password
Type in your new password. Ensure that your new password satisfies all displayed security criteria (such as character count or specific character requirements).
Click Reset Password to confirm the change.
Once reset successfully, log back into WeezCrew using your email and newly created password.
