Monitoring web traffic

This section gives you a complete view of visits and visitor behavior on your website.

This data is collected via the Gigz Tracking Pixel.

Go to the “Analytics” tab, then the “Traffic” section.

In the top right of the page, use the period filter to select the analysis timeframe. The indicators and charts automatically adjust to the selected period.

At the top of the page, you'll find the main indicators:

  • Visits: number of sessions recorded on your site during the selected period. A visit corresponds to a session, counted each time a user returns.

  • Visitors: number of unique users who viewed your site. Each person is only counted once over the period.

  • Conversion rate: percentage of visitors who completed an expected action (sign-up, purchase, download, etc.).

  • Converted visits: total number of visits that resulted in a conversion, useful for measuring the effectiveness of your site and campaigns.

Further down, the “Campaign and Channel - Marketing Attribution” chart shows how your different channels contribute to visits. Each bar represents the volume of traffic generated by a channel (email, advertising, search, social media, SEO, direct access, etc.). The legend lets you quickly identify your best-performing channels. You can adjust the displayed period using the dropdown menu in the top right.

Next, you'll find the Top Referrer ranking, which shows the five sites that generated the most visits to your site during the selected period. Each row displays the site name and the associated number of visits. You can access the full ranking via the dedicated button.

In addition, the Top URL module highlights the most viewed pages over the period. It lets you identify the content that attracts the most traffic and spot key conversion pages. You can access the full ranking via the dedicated button.

The Top Sources module groups visits by originating campaign, giving you a more detailed view of your campaign performance. You can access the full ranking via the dedicated button.
