To connect your Weezevent ticketing platform to Gigz, start by going to your profile, then open the “Preferences” tab.
In this section, go to the “Ticketing” area to view the different available platforms.
Then choose the platform you want to connect. You can add as many as your plan allows.
Once you've selected Weezevent, enter your username, password, and the API key associated with your account.
To retrieve this API key, go to your WeezTicket back office, click on the “Configuration” tab, then on “API”. If the key isn't visible, temporarily switch to the old WeezTicket interface to retrieve it. If you run into any issues, contact your Weezevent project manager.
Once you've entered this information, save your changes to finalise the connection.
Important: The initial import can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the volume of data linked to your account.
