This article details how to process the customer database generated by Digitick. Once downloaded, your file can be imported into your Weezevent interface for access control.
Go to http://admin.digitick.com/ and enter your login details
In Programme, select the relevant event
In the left-hand menu, click on Tickets > Ticket list
In the Exports section, choose the Tickets export
Select the export in CSV format
Click on Export and save your file to your hard drive without opening it
