This article details how to process the customer database generated by your FNAC (France Billet, Dispobillet) distributor. Once downloaded, your file can be imported into your Weezevent interface for access control.
Go to https://www.dispobillet.com/ and enter your login details
Go to the Access Control section
Click on Search to find your event and select it
Select the ticket formats you would like to scan*; then click on Search again
Save your file to your hard drive without opening it

* We recommend you select at least the following formats: Print@Home/A4, Tick&Go/Coffret and Mobile. The Thermal format refers to the traditional tickets with a stub. It is up to you to scan those or not.
