You can now create custom scan reports by selecting the check-in lists you want to include. You will then be able to export the participation data from this report.
Log in to your Weezevent management interface
Click on the Applications icon at the top right of the screen and go to the WeezAccess section
In the CheckLists section:
Select the check-in lists you want to analyze by ticking the checkbox on the left side of the table
Open the dropdown menu in the Action column
Select Scan Report
Once your report is ready to generate, click on the Checklists Exports button.
This is a complete log of all check-ins, exported in .csv (Excel) format. You can use this data to generate statistics, for example, on participant entry times.
The file includes the barcode number, the name of the check-in list, the event name, the ticket type, the participant’s contact information, and the date and time of the check-in.
