Importing promo codes allows you to upload a list of codes (for ticketing, Spotify, Deezer, etc.) to later distribute them to your participants as part of a campaign.
Once the import is complete, you can create an email campaign and associate a code with a contact so they can use it, for example, in the ticketing system.
How to do it?
Go to Tools > Campaigns > Discount Codes located on your interface.
Click on Import Discount codes.
(Optional) Download the template using the sample file link.
Drag and drop your file into the area, or click on the cloud icon to open the file manager.
Make sure the number of rows in your file matches the number shown in the analysis results.
Confirm the import by clicking on Import.
Once the import is complete, you can view the list of imported codes and check whether a code has been distributed during a campaign, used by a participant, and access the associated contact if applicable.
