How to import my Digitick tickets

 

This article details how to process the customer database generated by Digitick. Once downloaded, your file can be imported into your Weezevent interface for access control.

  • Go to http://admin.digitick.com/ and enter your login details
  • In "Programme", select the relevant event
  • In the left-hand menu, click on "Tickets" > "Ticket list"
  • In the "Exports" section, choose the "Tickets" export
  • Select the export in CSV format
  • Click on "Export" and save your file to your hard drive without opening it
