This article details how to process the customer database generated by your FNAC (France Billet, Dispobillet) distributor. Once downloaded, your file can be imported into your Weezevent interface for access control.
- Go to https://www.dispobillet.com/ and enter your login details
- Go to the Access Control section
- Click on "Search" to find your event and select it
- Select the ticket formats you would like to scan*; then click on Search again
- Save your file to your hard drive without opening it
- Then go to this article to find out how to import the file into your Weezevent interface
* We recommend you select at least the following formats: Print@Home/A4, Tick&Go/Coffret and Mobile. The Thermal format refers to the traditional tickets with a stub. It is up to you to scan those or not.
