Feel free to get in touch with the event planner. 

Their contact details can be found: 
- in your order confirmation email 
- on your e-ticket 
- on the event planner’s website 
- and on the event planner’s social media (Facebook and/or Twitter)

There is no need to contact Weezevent, who is only the technical service provider of the event organiser. Only the organiser can manage your order. 

In the event of a refund, the Weezevent group will only intervene when the organiser contacts them.
